“I will gather all nations and bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat. There I will put them on trial for what they did to My inheritance, My people Israel, because they scattered My people among the nations and divided up My land” (Joel 3:2).

The perpetual insults and atrocities hurled against the tiny nation of Israel are all recorded by God, and a day of reckoning is scheduled. It’s interesting to note that God’s coming wrath against the nations of the world is in part in direct connection to their treatment of the Jews.

This day will be a Righteous judgment that puts on trial all those that have played a part in scattering the Jews throughout the world (in search of a place to feel safe), as well as those that have taken away the land that was given to them by God. These injustices have a Court Date.

As Believers, we have a role that is important. “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem; they shall prosper that love Thee” (Psalm 122:6). Our love and prayers for God’s people stands in stark contrast to the rising antisemitism running rampant across the globe. Rise up and pray for the “least of these” (the Jewish nation), that their eyes would be open to their Messiah, the Righteous Judge, that loves them and defends them.
