Sorrow Or Rejoicing?

Today is two years since the evil assault on Israel’s border. To see the crowds around the world rejoicing in remembering that day is an evil that most minds cannot grasp. But God is also watching, and He will hold accountable those who rejoice in evil and He has a message for them…
“To those that stood on the other side, when strangers carried away captive his soldiers, and foreigners entered his gates – you were one of them. But you should not have looked (with joy) on the day of your brother’s calamity; neither should you have rejoiced over the children of Judah in the day of their destruction; neither should you have spoken proudly in the day of their distress…
You should not have entered the gate of My people in the day of their calamity; Yea, you should not have looked with joy on their affliction in the day of their calamity, nor have laid hands on their substance in the day of their calamity; neither should you have stood in the crossway, to cut off those trying to escape; neither should you have delivered up those you caught in the day of distress…
For the Day of the LORD is near upon all the nations: as you have done, it shall be done to you. Your reward shall return upon your own head… but upon Mt. Zion shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness; and the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions. And the house of Jacob shall be a fire, and the house of Joseph for a flame, and the house of Esau for stubble… And the Kingdom shall be the LORD’s.” (Obadiah)
Maranatha. Justice is coming.
