Non-Transferable

The Bible tells us that “government” is God’s design… “Let every soul be subject to the higher authorities. For there is no authority but from God: the authorities that exist are appointed by God” (Romans 13:1).
God appointed these rulers to reflect His code of ethics… “not to terrify those working good, but those working evil” (Romans 13:3). Having the freedom to hold elections for our rulers is a God-given right and responsibility. But we’re all feeling tired of the teeter-totter ride of the good in power, then the corrupt. We need a non-transferable Kingdom! One righteous Ruler, elected by God, who cannot die. This is exactly the promise we have in Jesus Christ, God’s Son.
How refreshing to read in Daniel that, right in the middle of corrupt forces uniting for global control, “The God of Heaven shall set up a Kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the Kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these other kingdoms, and it shall stand forever” (Daniel 2:44).
Jesus began His ministry with this call… “Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand.” The King was on earth offering a grace-period toward sinners, because sin is treason in God’s Kingdom. Let it be noted: No one votes Christ’s Kingdom into power; it is ordained by God. Our vote determines whether we will become citizens of it, or not.
Final calls are going out across the world to “choose this day whom you will serve.” Since this election is by faith, no one can steal your vote. God forgives and welcomes into His Kingdom all those who choose His Son. Remember: God votes for you. The devil votes against you – but your vote decides the election of your eternal destiny.
