Magnify The Lord

The first microscope was invented around 1590, finally bringing a world of tiny, living things to view. The first telescope was patented in the 1600’s to probe the universe and bring the wonders of the sky closer to our eye. Together, these “glasses” have transformed the world of science and medicine.

This same truth is found in Jesus. When He came to earth, people saw “the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.” They found that God was not distant, but near. They found He was personal, loving, and not willing that any should perish. Those who considered Him invisible, the “unknown God,” saw Him as the Creator and Ruler of Heaven and earth, Author of Life and Truth, Savior of the world, and Judge of all the earth.

Those who know Him long to share Him. The Bible says, “Let those who love Your salvation say continually, Let God be magnified!” (Psalm 70:4). Transformed lives are a powerful testimony of salvation in Christ. May the Lord use your life to magnify His love, for…  “He is near to all those who call upon Him, to all who call upon Him in truth.” (Psalm 145:18).
