Days Of Discernment

Jesus shared the signs of the end of days with His disciples in Matthew 24, but when asked what was THE main sign of the end, He replied, ”See to it that no one deceives you!” Pay close attention to the three institutions given by God in His Word - the government, the church and the family. Each one is under a demonic attack, intended to fully dismantle God’s design in order that our lives would no longer be orderly, fulfilling and abounding in purpose. 

“When the righteous are in authority people rejoice, but when the wicked rule, the people mourn (Proverbs 29:2). God intended for righteous, moral people to reign over regions for the good of the people, but in order for this to happen the Godly have to step up and fill the role. For far too long, the church has sat back and claimed they “aren’t into politics,” as though it’s a moral high ground and have watched our cities and countries deteriorate into lawlessness and sin being turned into law. When did we get so deceived into believing we could give Satan reign and nothing bad would happen? We have believed a lie… 

The church is given clear biblical instruction for order and function and somehow along the way these instructions were deemed as suggestions not qualifications. We have disorder so great that Satan has moved into the pulpit. Many are being led astray, and abominations are being promoted as “approved by God.” We have all been deceived into thinking that being “all inclusive” and “full of empathy” was our highest standard to be attained, ignoring the instructions given by God. We have substituted making Christ the focus of our lives, emulating Him in all we do, with celebrating each individual and their personal beliefs as if they are a god. We have affirmed, validated and led astray so many because we deviated away from Christ; the deception is great.

Let’s stand back and take an objective view of how far group-think and guided propaganda has changed minds. God’s word tells us that children are a blessing, that big families are a joy and strength to be desired, and happy is the man whose quiver is full of them, and that each child is a blessing, a gift from God, made in His image, (no matter how they were conceived), and is to be cherished. How is it we have gone from celebrating every birth and big, beautiful families, to celebrating and making it law to allow abortion till full term? Large families once valued are now seen as greedy and uncontrolled. This isn’t biblical; we have been deceived. 

Do we see the deception? It is everywhere, and it’s time for God’s people to return to His pure Word. It is our complete Guide; our User’s Manual and the Light unto our feet. Do not be deceived.
